Burger King Lusk

I chose to eat in the restaurant, but my order was prepared as takeaway. When I pointed it out, I was told they didn’t have plastic trays. I understood the situation at the time, but the problem is that this wasn’t the first time — almost every time I ordered at Burger King, I was given the same explanation.
On top of that, the burger I received looked nothing like the one shown in the promotional pictures. The bun was completely different and the overall presentation was disappointing compared to what is advertised.
For me, this experience was enough to make a final decision: I will never order from any Burger King again, anywhere in the world. I already made a similar decision years ago and stopped ordering from McDonald’s more than 5 years ago, and after repeated disappointing experiences here, I’ve decided to permanently stop ordering from Burger King as well.
When I choose to eat in a restaurant, I expect at least basic service standards and food that matches what is being advertised. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.

I can only assume this location is aiming to be the worst burger king on the planet. Most things not available and even the things that look available aren't. But once they have your money you have to pick something from nothing.

Food was very dry and old tasting, onion rings were burnt and the wait was long even with noone there at 1am
